Administrative Assistant - Tech Ops

KEY ROLES
Manage Precoro requisitions, material processing, & petty cash reconciliations. Coordinate meetings, transport, deliveries, & site visits while maintaining organized documentation & providing general administrative support for the team efficiently among other roles
REQUIREMENTS
- 1.UCE and UACE required
- 2.Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Logistics, Secretarial Studies, or related field is an added advantage
- 3.Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
- 4.Experience handling petty cash and basic reconciliations
- 5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- 6.Experience using procurement systems (Precoro experience is an added advantage)
