We are looking for a FEMALE reliable and creative Admin / Social Media Executive to support our growing travel and tourism company. The role combines office administration with social media management, helping to ensure smooth daily operations while promoting our travel packages online.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Assist with tour booking coordination and client communication
- Maintain organized records and documents
- Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Design simple promotional content for travel packages
- Respond to social media messages and comments
- Assist with website updates and blog uploads
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Experience in administration, marketing, or social media management preferred
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedln
- Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred
- Experience in travel, tourism or marketing agency
- Creative mindset for marketing and promotions
