Assistant Research Associate

We are seeking an Assistant Research Associate to support our research team in conducting studies and evaluations to inform our programming and advocacy efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research methods and analysis, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will involve conducting literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and writing reports and briefs. The Assistant Research Associate will work closely with the research team to design and implement studies, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of research outputs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, or economics, and at least 2 years of experience in research or a related field. The successful candidate will be based in Kampala, Uganda, and will be required to travel occasionally to project sites.
