Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and development of our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel occasionally
