The Business Analyst – Energy bridges the Energy business unit and Product/Tech teams, translating business needs into impactful technical solutions. You’ll help design tools for battery management, charging stations, dashboards, and customer-facing apps to power Spiro’s pan-African energy network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Collaborate with Tech teams to build energy tools and infrastructure.
- Support design of dashboards and internal systems for real-time visibility.
- Conduct usability studies to ensure intuitive solutions for customers and staff.
- Monitor feature implementation and performance.
- Align stakeholders across Africa, India, and Dubai for product consistency.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Up to 2 years in consulting or high-growth startups (eg. e-mobility, FMCG, utilities).
- Proven ability to work at the intersection of business operations and product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical literacy (APis, data architecture, software logic).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
