We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the media industry. Identify and develop new business opportunities, Build and maintain strong client relationships, Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, Pitch media solutions to prospective clients, Negotiate contracts and close deals, Conduct market research and competitor analysis, Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in business development or sales (media experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
