Join our customer’s team as a Business Expert and lead the way in integrating business acumen with cutting-edge AI tools. You will leverage your industry experience and business education to drive impactful strategies, foster innovation, and deliver measurable results across diverse projects in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and develop actionable business insights to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency by leveraging data and advanced AI tools.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clear and compelling communication of findings and recommendations.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions to upskill team members in business and AI best practices.
• Monitor project progress, track key KPIs, and adapt strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging AI technologies to maintain the team’s competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BSc in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a business expert or industry EP role, preferably in fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and their practical applications within business contexts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities remotely.
• MacOS 15.0 or later is required for daily workflow and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Certification or formal training in AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with the latest AI-driven business solutions and industry trends.
