We are looking to hire chefs in all positions from the Hot kitchen to the Cold kitchen. The positions require creative minds with knowledge of different cuisines, proficiency in various cooking techniques, and an understanding of food safety and sanitation in a kitchen.
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Culinary Arts or any other related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Must be creative and have a passion for food
- Be proficient in various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of various cuisines and ingredients
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- Be familiar with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Exceptional personal hygiene
