Job Description
Use commercial acumen to translate customer requirements into working solutions that fit within customer budgets. Present business cases to Senior Management for approval, funding and prioritization. Work in cross functional teams to define, deliver and support the design and development of UC&C technology solutions that are fit for purpose. Participate in the supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness, cost of products and making appropriate recommendations. Keep abreast of current and future trends and contribute to the development, review and analysis of the UC&C Products and Services roadmaps to ensure alignment with client requirements. Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in response to client requirements to provide prescriptive guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures. Anchor the account management and go-to-market activities for key identified clients across segments and regions. Support continuous technical relationships with customers and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
