Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to achieve target KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with the online community.
• Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
