Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and managing the tender process — from preparation to submission, and follow-up.

Lead and oversee the execution of all engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets.

Prepare, review, and submit competitive tenders and proposals in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines while managing project risks and mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in project management and tendering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Project Management Diploma

Requirements

• Proven experience (at least 10 years) in managing engineering projects and tender processes.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and procurement procedures.
