Job Summary: A Farm Maintenance Specialist II is responsible for maintaining the farm's equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure optimal production and efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities Maintaining farm equipment and machinery, including tractors, plows, and irrigation systems. Conducting routine checks and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition. Assisting in the maintenance of farm infrastructure, including buildings, roads, and water systems. Collaborating with farm staff to identify and implement improvements to farm operations. Providing technical guidance and support to farm staff on equipment maintenance and repair. Maintaining accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs. Performing other related duties as assigned.
