About Organisation: Twaweza East Africa is a regional civil society organisation working in Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Each Lead Facilitator will: Lead participatory data collection (FGDs, youth dialogues, storytelling methods) Coordinate fieldwork at the district level Supervise Research Assistants Ensure data quality, ethical compliance, and daily synthesis of findings Produce district summaries and a final analytical report Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Degree in social sciences or related field Strong experience in qualitative research and participatory methods Proven facilitation and team leadership skills Ability to synthesise and report complex qualitative insights Fluency in English and relevant local languages Strong understanding of youth issues and ethical research
