Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. Analyze market data to inform marketing decisions. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software.
