Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to inform future strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media platforms
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Must have right to work in Uganda
