Job Title:
Marketing Officer (1 position)
Job Purpose
To Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies, support the Senior Marketing Officer in overseeing the departments operations, Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute in the implementation of brand/marketing strategies
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand visibility and awareness.
- Execute advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services.
- Execute marketing campaigns in accordance to the marketing strategy.
- Initiate the Marketing initiatives in accordance to the marketing strategy.
- Vet and coordinate all CSR initiatives and partnerships for UEDCL in accordance with the company’s CSR agenda.
- Coordinate sponsorship/promotional activities for UEDCL.
- Coordinate key company events to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare content for the publication of brand/marketing material and oversee distribution.
- Conduct periodic and directed market research in accordance to specific guidelines.
- Act as a coordinator for the Corporate and Stakeholder Affairs department with other UEDCL departments and ensure successful outcomes.
- Measure and evaluate all marketing initiatives.
- Provide periodic reports on all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field
Experience
At least four (4) years of experience in developing and implementing marketing programs
Personal Attributes/Competencies
- Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
- Experience in branding, marketing, CSR initiatives
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Tight personal organization and processes control abilities.
- Self-starter and motivated

- Good judgement skills
