Operations Manager - Logistics

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Logistics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics department, including planning, coordinating, and controlling the movement of goods and services
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
• Analyze and resolve logistics-related issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management
• Proven track record of improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
