Support the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects. You will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and resource tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Track project deliverables, risks, and action items.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Must have knowledge about the Telecom and Energy sector
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
