Support the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects. You will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and resource tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Track project deliverables, risks, and action items.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have knowledge about the Telecom and Energy sector
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
