About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel occasionally
