Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales channels for Dyness lithium batteries.
  • Coordinate technical support for delivery, installation and after sales service
  • Support product launches, exhibitions and market campaigns
  • Lead generation and prospecting
  • Closing and securing sales
  • On-boarding new business retaining and growing current business
  • Customer education and explaining CVP proposals
  • Updating sales records and reporting
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Partner with distributors, EPCs, and key clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in business/electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in solar, inverters, or batteries, strong knowledge of energy storage solutions, and the motivation to drive growth across East Africa, we want to hear from you.
  • Strong knowledge of solar and energy storage solutions
