Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales channels for Dyness lithium batteries.
- Coordinate technical support for delivery, installation and after sales service
- Support product launches, exhibitions and market campaigns
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Closing and securing sales
- On-boarding new business retaining and growing current business
- Customer education and explaining CVP proposals
- Updating sales records and reporting
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Partner with distributors, EPCs, and key clients to achieve sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in business/electrical engineering
- 3-5 years of sales experience in solar, inverters, or batteries, strong knowledge of energy storage solutions, and the motivation to drive growth across East Africa, we want to hear from you.
- Strong knowledge of solar and energy storage solutions
