Job Summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is seeking a SILC Field Supervisor (Service Provider) to support the implementation of the Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC) program in Grand Cape Mount County. The SILC Field Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical assistance to SILC groups, facilitating group meetings, and ensuring the smooth implementation of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to SILC groups on savings and internal lending practices
• Facilitate group meetings and ensure that all group members are actively participating
• Ensure that all group members are aware of their roles and responsibilities
• Monitor and report on group progress and challenges
• Work closely with the SILC Program Manager to ensure that the program is implemented in accordance with CRS policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the SILC Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, business administration, or a related field)
• At least 2 years of experience in community development, savings and internal lending, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel frequently to rural areas
• Fluency in English and local language (Liberian Pidgin or Bassa)
