DCS OPERATION, substituting Lab chemist whenever required.
Roles And Duties
- DCS operation & Reporting to Shift superintendent in all process operations.
- Supervising operators and instructing them to follow all process operations (Fermentation, distillation, WTP, ETP, boiler &turbine) as per the procedure and reporting to Supdt.Shift
- DCS record maintenance
- Doing laboratory analysis when required
- Yeast culturing and developing up to culture vessel stage
