Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Mill DCS to join our team at Kakira Sugar. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Mill DCS team and ensuring the smooth operation of the mill.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Mill DCS team to ensure the efficient operation of the mill.
• Ensure that the mill is running at optimal levels and that production targets are met.
• Monitor and control the quality of sugar produced.
• Implement and maintain a culture of safety and quality in the mill.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the mill is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve mill performance and efficiency.
• Ensure that all mill equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Conduct regular inspections of the mill to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for the mill.
• Ensure that all mill personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
