Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Engineer to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement telecommunications infrastructure, including network architecture and protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with telecommunications equipment and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telecommunications services
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and systems
• Ability to travel to remote locations as required
