Training and Capacity Building Assistant

The Training and Capacity Building Assistant will support the implementation of the Agency's capacity building programs for the local government and community-based organizations. The Assistant will work closely with the Capacity Building Team to design and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and provide technical assistance to beneficiaries. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in training and capacity building.
