Job Description

Ensure that all office furniture, electrical appliances, waterlines, gates, and doors are properly installed, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times, so that the workplace remains safe, functional and conducive to efficient operations.

Overall supervision of repairs and new constructions – Oversee and coordinate all repair works and new construction projects within the company, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Providing engineering and advisory services – Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and solutions to support operational efficiency, facility maintenance, and infrastructure improvements across the organization.

Follow-up on bills and payments of company utilities – Monitor, track, and ensure timely payment of all utility bills, including electricity, water, and other services, while reconciling invoices and addressing any discrepancies promptly.

Supervising the servicing of air conditioners – Ensure all air conditioning units across company offices are regularly maintained, serviced, and functioning efficiently, creating a comfortable working environment for staff.
