Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our zones, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Lead and motivate a team of field staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve zone performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to staff.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
