Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Strong understanding of financial software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis
