About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Programme and Job Recruitment professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing application programmes and job recruitment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement application programmes and job recruitment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Provide training and support to employees on application programmes and job recruitment best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application programme and job recruitment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful application programmes and job recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
