Main Learning & Job Responsibilities

1. Car Key Cutting & Key Duplication Training

• Learn professional key cutting machine operation
• Practice standard key tooth cutting, blank key selection, and duplication
• Master correct key shaping techniques for different vehicle keys

2. Car Key Matching & Basic Programming Skills

• Learn how to match mechanical keys and remote keys
• Assist technicians in key testing, key initialization, and vehicle key verification
• Understand basic rules of car key matching for different car brands

3. Vehicle Model Identification & Key Type Classification

• Learn to distinguish different car brands, vehicle models, and production years
• Identify mechanical keys, remote keys, smart keys, and flip keys
• Classify key types quickly according to customer vehicles

4. Customer Consulting & Communication Assistance

• Ask customers about their car model, key problems, and service needs
• Collect vehicle information correctly for key making and matching
• Assist in explaining key types, key functions, and service options to clients
• Build basic customer service skills for the auto key business

5. Workshop Daily Assistance

• Maintain a clean working station, organize key blanks and tools
• Assist technicians in daily workshop work and service preparation

Requirements

• No previous experience required (full training provided)
• Fast learner, serious, and willing to learn technical skills
• Patient, disciplined, and able to follow technical instructions
• Basic simple English communication
• Hardworking and eager to develop a technical career
