The overall duty of the Camp Manager is to ensure that ATS provides a good product and services to the its clients and stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full accountability for project performance in line with the agreed scope of work, budget, and client requirements
  • Ensure all operations meet required performance, service, and compliance standards
  • Manage and control project financials, including budget oversight, petty cash, invoicing, and payment collection
  • Oversee stock control processes and ensure accurate stock management
  • Ensure compliance with ATS and Client Health, Safety, and Environmental policies
  • Manage accommodation, food services, bar and restaurant operations, and site-wide cleaning services
  • Coordinate special events, party catering, and additional catering services as required
  • Maintain effective client relations, handle complaints, and ensure resolution to client satisfaction
  • Lead, manage, and develop site teams to deliver on project scope and service expectations

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and stock management.
  • Excellent client relationship management and people leadership skills.
  • Proven organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative, proactive, and self-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to operate effectively in challenging environments and perform under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of business management principles, legislation, and industry best practices, including HACCP and Health & Safety standards.
  • Solid banqueting, functions, and events management experience, including VIP guest handling and high-quality mass catering.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience working in diverse teams.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Certificate/Diploma or Degree in any Hospitality related field.
  • Professional Qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience or exposure to Camp Management operations.
