Job Summary:
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. The role will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on commercial performance
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform commercial strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the digital services industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage
