We are hiring aggressive, high-performing field acquisition agents with direct experience selling financial products to underserved and informal market customers. This role is ideal for candidates who already understand mass-market lending, mobile financial services, and high-volume field acquisition environments.

Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns, Drive loan application onboarding and digital adoption, Build referral pipelines within communities and informal markets, Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets, Support portfolio quality through customer education and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Microfinance, Mobile money, Digital lending, FMCG field sales, Telecom sales
  • Proven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets
  • Strong understanding of Informal sector customer behavior
  • Agent-led acquisition, Community activations, Digital onboarding
  • Comfortable working in high-volume field environments
