Job Purpose: Support the bottling and utility sections in achieving maximum productivity by carrying out Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown maintenance of the Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems from the machines with the help of Automation technicians.

Required Qualification

Diploma or Trade certificate in Automation/Electronics/Electrical

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan and supervise CLTI & PM check lists
• Read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic drawings
• Trouble shooting of machines during break downs in shortest possible time
• Knowledge gaining and sharing attitude
• Understand and comply quality requirements
• Active participation and 100% compliance in all internal and external audits
• Spares consumption tracking and control according to the given budgets
• Lead the team in Root cause analysis for the major break downs
• Reports preparation
• Hygiene and Punctual to duties
• Ethical and honest on duties

Communication Skills

Fluent in speaking & writing English

Shop floor Experience

3-4 Years hands on experience from Bottling plant on PLC’s & VFD’s, Magnetic & Mass Flow meters, Level & Flow transmitters, Load cells & encoders, Proximity & Photo electric Sensors, Reed switches & Solenoid coils, Induction & Servo Motors, Inkjet & Laser coding machines, DOL & Star delta starters, and minimum knowledge on Electrical and Refrigeration systems.

Computer Knowledge

MS Office

Systems experience

HACCP/ISO/TPM is an added advantage
