Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Design and deliver a contextualized Job Search Club Training of Trainers programme, including a virtual capacity needs assessment, development of training materials, facilitation of a five-day ToT workshop, and provision of recommendations to strengthen employment services and labour market integration for refugees and host communities in Uganda If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Climate change mitigation and adaptation The tender contains sustainability considerations for preventing or minimizing damage associated with climate change. Examples: EMS, waste management and wastewater management. Promoting sustainability throughout the supply chain The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting sustainability through the entire supply chain. Examples: Sustainability requirements for tier 2 suppliers, identification and approval of subcontractors. Social health and well-being The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting health and general well-being of consumers/ recipients of the good or service. Examples: Hazardous chemicals handling, labelling of chemicals. Social inclusion of persons with disabilities This indicator summarizes sustainability considerations that relate to inclusion of a person with disability. Examples: Organizational policy on disability inclusion, recruiting people with disabilities, accessible premises, disability-inclusive supply chains, and manufacturing accessible products. Supplier audits The tender incorporates contract conditions/ KPIs that stipulate the verification of suppliers' environmental and social claims through "spot checks" and audit provisions. Sustainable resource use The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting the sustainable use of resources. Examples: Energy-saving measures, recycling, take-back programmes and responsible end-of-life management UN Global Compact The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting vendors' participation to the UN Global Compact.
