- Partner Recruitment: Vet, pitch, and onboard qualified franchise investors and business partners.
- Agreement Negotiation: Finalize commercial contracts, legal terms, and territorial rights.
- Store Onboarding: Oversee showroom setup, design alignment, and initial inventory stocking plans.
- Compliance Auditing: Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to E-Store retail standards.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor franchise sales targets and implement operational turnaround strategies.
