Graduate Recruitment Programme

Prospective candidates for the Graduate Recruitment Programme must meet the following criteria:

• A graduate with a minimum of second-class lower division from an accredited University
• Have completed the compulsory NYSC programme and possess a certificate
• Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits, including Mathematics and English
• Must be no more than 26 years of age prior to application

Developer Programme

Fidelity bank offers a specialized internship opportunity to graduates from IT backgrounds to gather vital on-the-job experience and technical expertise for a period of 12 months. At the end of this period the graduates are evaluated and given the opportunity to be converted into full time employees of the Bank.
