Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Plan and execute a high-volume content strategy (12+ weekly posts) across platforms
- Develop sales materials including pitch decks, case studies, and proposals
- Drive lead generation and nurturing through campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships
- Coordinate marketing for events, expos, and trade shows
- Manage both traditional and digital channels including radio, billboards, and website performance
- Ensure brand consistency and manage marketing assets
- Build media relationships and enhance company visibility
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth across markets
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with hands-on paid ads experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (required) and Google Ads (preferred)
- Experience in B2B sectors such as agritech, fintech, FMCG, or development
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is an added advantage
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
