DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT
- Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
