DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT

  • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
