Job Description
Provide first-line IT support to employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Maintain internet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Create and manage user accounts, emails, and passwords.
Install software updates and antivirus solutions.
Perform routine data backups.
Maintain an IT asset register.
Coordinate repairs with external vendors.
Prepare monthly IT reports and improvement recommendations.
Support company website and digital platforms where required.
