Local Finance Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting: Oversee local tax agents to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and financial statement preparation in compliance with local accounting standards, whilst converting reports to Chinese accounting standards.
• Tax Management: Understand local tax legislation, review tax agents' calculations, declarations and payments of all levies, and promptly address tax-related matters.
• Cash Management: Monitor cash flows, arrange receipts and disbursements, assist with cross-border fund transfers, and handle on-site payment transactions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate internally with all departments, providing professional financial advice to support business development. Externally, maintain and nurture positive working relationships with intermediaries, including banks, tax agents, and auditors.
• Financial reports, Tax compliance, Payroll processing, Audit （annual and external audit coordination）.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with overseas financial workflows, with over two years' hands-on experience in comprehensive financial and tax management for overseas subsidiaries;
• Experience in working overseas is preferred, particularly in Africa or Uganda. Be fluent in English, capable of using English in daily work.
• Bachelor’s degree or above， be willing to base in Uganda.
