Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitors material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
- Assists in loading and unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging merchandise and orders
- Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
- Provides support in completing paperwork and documentation
- Carries out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the logistics department or assigned
- Supports with developing and preparing complex databases, reports, and/or presentation material for the logistics unit
- Prepares shipping documents such as commercial invoices, Packing Lists, shipyard material receivers, etc., for ongoing shipments and projects
- Enters data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
- Provides support in the maintenance of electronic filing systems for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in any field
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience
- Prior experience in warehousing/inventory would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in effectively managing and optimising inventory across large-scale operations.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

- Proactive communication, analysis and problem-solving.
- Work with the right sense of urgency (Response times, flexibility, and accuracy)
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance when dealing with customers
- Strong knowledge of warehousing/store management experience in a pharmaceutical company.
Location: Enugu
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly
