We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Customer Experience team at Dfcu Bank Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies
- Leading a team of customer experience professionals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement
- Managing customer experience metrics and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
