To support the marketing and communication function with focus on digital marketing, content development, public relations, trade marketing, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all distribution channels on developing content calendars on a monthly basis
  • Editorial and creative support
  • Overseeing the social media pages to achieve the set on return on return on Investment (ROI)
  • Social listening
  • Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing
  • Brainstorming and idea generation for the brand
  • Supporting crisis management
  • Events execution support
  • Trade marketing execution
  • Edit and update promotional material and publications
  • Support the promotion staff engagement
  • Support the coordination of sustainability initiatives
  • Develop & implement an internal marketing plan
  • Consistently share market & industry trends
  • Support implementation of group communication and marketing strategy/initiatives

AML

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to, implementation of, and adoption of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Sanctions-related policies, procedures, and process requirements within Old Mutual and its subsidiaries. This includes execution of customer due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards, conducting ongoing and enhanced due diligence, and maintaining data quality. Additionally, the role involves identifying and monitoring potential AML, Sanctions, or Compliance breaches and unusual activities, and escalating these concerns to the Risk and Compliance Office for further action.
