Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant 2 to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Assist in the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements
• Assist in the management of our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
• Assist in the coordination of events and activations, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional events
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Assist in the management of our sales team, including providing training and support, and analyzing sales performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to travel occasionally

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
