Officer-Programme Officer - Uganda

Job Summary:

The Officer-Programme Officer - Uganda will be responsible for providing technical support to programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation in Uganda.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation
  • Develop and implement programme plans, budgets and reports
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including government, NGOs and community-based organizations
  • Analyze programme data and develop recommendations for programme improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to programme staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, development studies)
  • At least 2 years of experience in programme management and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of programme management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and local languages (e.g. Luganda, Swahili)
