Officer-Programme Officer - Uganda
Job Summary:
The Officer-Programme Officer - Uganda will be responsible for providing technical support to programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation in Uganda.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Develop and implement programme plans, budgets and reports
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government, NGOs and community-based organizations
- Analyze programme data and develop recommendations for programme improvement
- Provide guidance and support to programme staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, development studies)
- At least 2 years of experience in programme management and implementation
- Strong knowledge of programme management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and local languages (e.g. Luganda, Swahili)
