Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Offre Officer - Programme to join our team in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing programme support, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, data analysis, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide programme support to programme teams, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programme plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with programme teams to ensure effective programme delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community leaders
  • Ensure compliance with World Vision's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, business administration, or a related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience in programme management, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Uganda's socio-economic context and development challenges
