In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving operational performance, enabling store teams to succeed, and ensuring our stores consistently deliver on brand, service, and profitability.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is motivated by leading high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.</p><ul style="padding-left: 48px;"><li>A tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous.
