We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Zambia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the work of our team members
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage budgets and resources
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel occasionally
